Bonnie Greer, OBE, studied theatre in Chicago under David Mamet, in New York City at the Actors Studio with Elia Kazan, and at the Negro Ensemble Company under the West Indian-American playwright Steve Carter. Greer has lived in the UK since 1986 and became a citizen in 1997. She holds dual nationality. Her plays, books and novels are concerned with the lives of minorities within majority cultures, particularly those of women. She has been Arts Council playwright in residence at the Soho Theatre, and at the Black Theatre Co-operative. She was awarded the Verity Bargate Award for Best Play by the Soho Theatre Company, and shortlisted for an Arts Council award for Best Play. She has had over a dozen plays produced over BBC Radio; one short film for BBC 2, and co-produced and wrote and presented the documentary on Black art in the West: Reflecting Skin, (2004) for the BBC. She has played Joan of Arc at the Theatre Atelier in Paris; wrote and performed her improvisational oratorio “Greco/Davis” for the 2009 London Jazz Festival alongside the Black British jazz artists, Cleveland Watkiss and Julian Joseph. Her play Marilyn and Ella, about the real life friendship of Marilyn Monroe and Ella Fitzgerald had a brief run at the Apollo Theatre, West End in 2009. She is the author of two novels: Hanging by Her Teeth (1994) and Entropy (2009). In October 2009, her memoir/ music history: Obama Music, was published. Her biography: Langston Hughes: the Value Of Contradiction will be published by Arcadia in Spring 2011. She is currently working on a novel about the Pre-Raphelite poet and painter Dante Gabriel Rossetti, and has been commissioned to write a new work for the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, with the composer Errolyn Wallen. She is also creating a 3.0 Diversity organisation to launch in Paris and London in 2011. On 1 April 2005 she was appointed to the British Museum's Board of Trustees for a period of four years. In 2008 she was reappointed as a Trustee for a second period and on 26 March 2009 she was promoted to Deputy Chairman. She was appointed OBE in the 2010 Birthday Honours for contribution to the arts.

Founder of GiveMeTap in 2009, Edwin was completing his PhD in Mathematics when he experienced the difficulties in accessing water when away from home and discovered the financial and environment impacts that drinking plastic bottled water caused. This compelled Edwin to envision a better way to help people in the UK reduce their waste and eliminate the social awkwardness in asking for tap water, while simultaneously providing the gift of clean water to those without it, through the funding of water projects. As of November 2011, GiveMeTap has provided over 3,000 people with easier access to drinking water through giving partners in the UK and Africa. Through GiveMeTap, Edwin is on a mission to make clean water easily accessible to every human in the world in the most sustainable way possible.

A professional actor with over 10 years experience in TV, theatre, radio and film - recent TV credits include 'Upstairs Downstairs' (Series 1 & 2), Doctors and Holby City. Sarah is also a Trustee of The Oyster Project a charity led and run by disabled people. She has Downs Syndrome but does not believe labels should define or limit what you can achieve. Currently, with the support of Arts Council funding, Sarah is co-producing and co-directing Oyster's first play with a professional creative team and Oyster members on stage.

Linda Sandvik is an interface developer, wannabe MacGyver and adventurer who lives and works in Hackney. Recently done @h8ppenstance project, about bringing digital thinking to the arts sector and a UX internship at Last.fm. Co-founded @codeclub, a nationwide network of volunteer-led after school coding clubs for children aged 9-11. She is obsessed with facilitating creativity & learning, and making interactive installations that bridges the gap between physical and digital. Failed the Mongol Derby 2012, the longest horse race in the world. Will do better next time. Likes Tesla, bots, blimps & beams.

Chiara Palieri is a youth leader and an enthusiastic catalyst of change world-wide. Her achievements at a global level have been awarded by many organizations and institutions over the years. A passionate scout for 10 years, Chiara has been a candidate Young European of the Year in 2009 and has been chosen to represent Italy in the programme Global Change Makers by the British Council. Chiara has restlessly worked in social entrepreneurial projects and has organized many conferences like Model European Union and the Fifth Ministerial Conference in Parma for the World Health Organization. After many achievements reached at such a young age, Chiara has been chosen by HH Sheika Mozah and the Qatar Foundation to represent students worldwide in the World Innovation Summit for Education. Furthermore, Chiara is a One Young World Ambassador and had been the youngest panellist at the Women's Forum for Economy and Society in 2011. As an Italian Testimonial for the IELTS campaign, Chiara has been featured on TV several times on channels like CNN, Euronews and CNBC.

Tom works with people, organisations, local authorities and institutions to explore and design ideas for social change. Tom’s award winning work has seen him set up community centres, design museum exhibitions, run markets and tackle challenges associated with youth employment, ageing populations and habitat destruction. He has helped to launch several social enterprises, is the co-founder of ‘Community Kite Project’, youth entrepreneurship program ‘Meet Market’, community micro-manufacturing workshop 'Assemble & Join' and is an occasional chef. @tomtobia

Joseph's work is mainly focused on interaction, service and communication design - although he keeps his practice broad. He have worked on and run projects across product, service and interaction design for clients ranging from London Eye and HMRC, to small startups. Joseph is interested in emerging technology, when and why change happens. Joe currently leads the design work at FutureGov as well as starting projects and collaborations of his own. @joesmithdesign

Co-Founder of Body Gossip, a campaign which aims to broaden our understanding of what is normal, acceptable and attractive by sharing the public's real body stories in theatre shows, short online films and most recently in a written anthology. Body Gossip work alongside the All Parties' Parliamentary Group on Body Image. Natasha is a former model and having suffered from an eating disorder in her late teens and early twenties, became determined that other young people would not have their lives blighted by self-esteem issues. In 2008, she devised what is now the Body Gossip Education Programme, a 1 hour confidence class which has now been delivered to more than 13,000 teenagers from throughout the UK, as well as to victims of domestic abuse. Nicknamed 'Gossip School', the class has attracted high profile support from the likes of Gok Wan and Minister for Equalities Jo Swinson. In 2012, Natasha was awarded a Mental Health Hero award from The Mental Health Association, as well as being named one of Cosmopolitan Magazine's Ultimate Women of the Year.

George The Poet is an up and coming act from North-West London. At twenty-one years of age he offers politically conscious and often humorous social commentary through poetry. This draws from his life in London's inner-city as well as the Politics, Psychology and Sociology course he studies at Cambridge University. George champions a new brand of poetry which is set for commercial and critical success.
